The Office of Chancery and Social Affairs consists of the two subject areas:

• "Registry, Digital Administration and IT"
  (central meeting service, supervision of the affairs of the political committees and honorary mayors, local history and culture, central local law administration, elections, law, IT and project management "Digital Administration") and

• "Daycare, Education and Social Affairs"
  (general tasks of daycare support, administration of daycare centers run by the municipality, school administration and housing subsidy office)
