Landeshauptstadt Schwerin - Stadtarchiv

The city archives hold documents, official books, files and much more, starting from the 15th century up to our present time. These archival records document the activities of the council and administration and thus the history of the city of Schwerin. For research purposes, users have access to the central database of the archive, in which keyword searches can be used to find the archival documents available on a particular subject.
