Schwerin Wastewater Disposal is a municipal enterprise of the state capital Schwerin. SAE operates the Schwerin-Süd wastewater treatment plant, which has a capacity of 200,000 EEC and a sewer network with a length of 627.70 km, making it one of the most modern in the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
Schwerin Wastewater Disposal also disposes of and treats the wastewater of 30,000 residents in the Schwerin area. On behalf of the city of Schwerin, we also take care of the collective pit disposal of the allotment gardens as well as the street drainage.
