The Investment and Funding Management specialist group deals with all investments from a financial perspective. These range from the procurement of a rescue service vehicle to the construction of schools or the major expansion of a road. The necessary investment budget funds are planned for the budget, each individual invoice is booked and the increase in assets is recorded in the balance sheet. After completion, the annual depreciation expenses are determined and posted.
