Staking out a building is necessary in most cases for the realization of construction projects. It is carried out to clarify the dimensions of a building to be erected on the construction site.

The boundary certificate serves as proof of the parcels of land on which a building is erected and that it is located within the boundaries of the parcel of land or whether there are boundary superstructures. Superstructures are briefly described.

If you erect a building on a property or change the floor plan (extension, partial demolition), you as the owner of the property or building must arrange for the completed building to be measured.

If you do not know the exact boundary of your property, you can apply for a boundary determination and demarcation.

You own several properties and would like them to be entered in the land register as a single property. Then you must submit an application to the relevant land registry office.

If you wish to subdivide your parcel, you can apply for subdivision.

If you would like to merge your adjoining parcels of land, you can apply for a merger.

Site plans must be drawn up for a building application if buildings are to be erected in such a way that one of their spacing areas is less than 0.5 m from the property boundary and the property boundary is not an established parcel boundary.
